What makes Indian cuisine so unique? It has its roots in ancient India, where people ate mostly vegetarian meals. Today, however, most Indians eat meat, fish, and poultry. In this article, I will try to answer an age-old question. Chicken Tikka Masala vs Butter Chicken, which one is better? 🤔

Chicken Tikka Masala

Both chicken tikka masala and butter chicken are popular dishes in Indian restaurants. However, they are very different foods. Chicken tikka masala is made with ground chicken marinated in spices and cooked in a tomato sauce. Most of the time chicken tikka masala is typically made with boneless chicken. Although both dishes use similar ingredients, chicken tikka masala, however, has a stronger flavor.

Butter Chicken

Butt Chicken, which is also known as “murgh makhani” is one of the most popular chicken dishes in India and Pakistan. Butter chicken is made with cubed chicken pieces simmered in yogurt and seasoned with garam masala. If you’re looking for an easy recipe to make at home, try making either one of these dishes. You can find recipes online for each dish.

But which one is better?

Both chicken tikka masala and butter chicken are delicious, but some people prefer one over the other. One thing to keep in mind is that both dishes use similar ingredients, so you might not notice any difference between them. However, if you’re trying to decide which one to make, consider how much time you have available to cook. If you have more than 30 minutes, then go with chicken tikka masalas because it takes longer to prepare. If you only have 15 minutes, then choose butter chicken because it requires less prep time.
