3 big ones Tomatoes
6-7 Button mushrooms
2 small (cut into slices) Courgettes
6 (small ones) Onions
8 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp White wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Chopped herbs

      Vegetables are a high source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Hence, this vegetable kebab recipe is high in fibre and low in fats and calories.

      Cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces.

      Then mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.

      After mixing the vegetables, the olive oil and the white wine vinegar with the chopped fresh herbs, let it marinate for at least 2-3 hours.

      After letting the vegetables rest in the marinade, put them up on skewers and then cook them on a pan with a bit of oil. After cooking them you'll have your vegan vegetable kebabs ready to be served. :)
