Directions
This delicious Thai Chicken Soup is to die for! I regularly make this for my family and get raving reviews! The recipe originally came from my grandma but I have made it my own by changing certain ingredients. Because I added lemongrass to mine, it has a sweet floral note and tastes better than the ones I have had at restaurants!

Start by cutting chicken and then pounding it lightly with a mallet. |

To prepare chicken cube refined flour, take 2 ½ cups of refined flour, break 10 packets of chicken cubes into the flour and crush together using hands. You can then refrigerate it and use as required. |

Cook chicken, chicken stock, chicken cubes, soya sauce, vinegar, chicken cube refined flour, black pepper, white pepper, lemongrass and salt in a pot until chicken is tender. Once cooked, remove the pot from flame. |

Before serving, heat oil in a frying pan and saute rice with green chillies. |

Remove soup in a bowl and add rice, green chillies, lemon juice and sesame seed oil. |
