    This Smoothie is a real delight for anyone who tries it! Therefore, it will tantalise your taste buds and make you feel like your sitting in a strawberry field.

    Put the coconut water or almond milk in the blender. Then put in the frozen strawberries and the banana as well as the avocado too in the blender too.

    Blend the ingredients all together. Add in the hemp seeds and the flax meal or chia seeds in the blender.

    Add a little raw honey or stevia to taste. And Voila! here is your strawberry bliss!
