Directions
Asparagus is one of my favourite vegetables.
It’s healthy, it has a lot of vitamins and minerals we need, hence it can help our bodies detoxify naturally. However, this succulent & savoury vegetable helps us fight off myriad different diseases and contains a high amount of folate which makes it a must-eat for a mother-to-be.
For those who want to start eating healthy, this recipe can be the perfect beginning. It’s easy, it’s healthy, and it’s perfect for both normal or special occasions!

Place your saucepan on stove and add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil |

Add the garlic to the pan |

Mix it with the oil |

Add a few rotations of cracked black pepper |

Now go ahead and put your asparagus in their |

Stir Fry the asparagus a little bit and cook it for about 3 minutes |

Add ½ teaspoon of sea salt to the mix |

After a minute and half, take about 3 tablespoons of water and add it to the pan |

Steam that water off and we are done! It's time to plate and eat it! |
