2 Tbsp Caster sugar
125 g (4oz) Plain Chocolate
A pinch of it Sea Salt

    So today I am posting a recipe that I have been on the search of for AGES! An Easy and Quick Chocolate Mousse!

    I have made Chocolate Mousse before, but I had never really found a recipe that I really liked making.  Here is a simple, easy and quick recipe to make deliciously amazing chocolate mousse.

    In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the caster sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy and beater leaves a trail when lifted.

    Melt the chocolate (breaking the chocolate into squares, and put it ina heatproof bowl. Then bring a small saucepan of water to the boil then removing it from the hear and placing the bowl on top. Leave the chocolate until it has melted before stirring it).

    As soon as it is soft, whisk it into the egg yolk mixture, until smoothly combined.

    Whisk the egg whites with salt in a clean bowl until stiff peaks form. Beat a little of the egg white into the chocolate mixture to lighten it, then fold in the rest of it.

    Divide the mixture between 4-5 small dishes or glasses; chill for 2 hours or until set. Decorate it with whipped cream.
