    Especially when you are trying to follow a ketogenic diet. It can also be a very useful way to get an extra bit of energy. Or one can snack on something healthy during the day.

    Mix all the ingredients together, apart from the shredded coconut in a bowl.

    Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and chill it for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

    Take the balls out and roll them in shredded coconut. Keep them back in the refrigerator and eat one whenever you crave something nutty and sweet.
