      Applesauce is a really common ingredient in cooking. It’s full of vitamin C, antioxidants and many other nutrients that our body needs on a daily basis. Above all, it’s also used to replace eggs.

      Let’s jump into the ingredients you will need to make applesauce / purée. Did we mention that it’s; an excellent fuel for babies over 6 months?!

      It’s very easy to make and it also is very healthy for your baby, by itself or mixed into cereal.  Just make sure you cook it a little bit longer so chunks are broken down! In conclusion, we hope that this helps you and that your applesauce experiment was a success.

      Start by grabbing a large saucepan. Pour the water and lemon juice in it.

      Next, let’s add the peeled and sliced apple pieces into the saucepan.
