BLEND CORIANDER, GREEN CHILLIES, AND GARLICK

Start by blending coriander, green chilies, and garlic. Add a pinch of salt as per your preference.

FRY ONIONS

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions until they are golden brown.

ADD CHUTNEY PASTE TO PAN

Add the chutney paste we made earlier to that. Fry for a few minutes and then remove.

ADD LEMON JUICE & BLACK PEPPERS

Add lemon juice and black pepper to add some zest to the chutney.

SERVE WITH YOUR MAIN DISH!
