    Take a plastic bowl and add all the dry ingredients. Next, take a container with 1 cup of water and place that into a preheated oven (350°F).

    Now add the pumpkin and coconut milk to the dry ingredients, and mix thoroughly.

    Next, we are going to whisk the egg whites and add them into the dough, folding carefully.

    Finally, place the dough into a greased loaf pan. If you want, you can sprinkle some dry fruit on top. Let the dough cook 70-75 minutes and then take it out.
