    But if you are feeling keto diet, you might feel like tacos aren’t really for you.

    However, you can relish eating these delicious tacos if you use cheese instead of grain-free tortillas!

    Yes, we aren’t going to top your tacos with cheese, we will turn that cheese into a crisp delivery system!

    Here’s your awesome breakfast taco recipe, keto style!

    Start by cooking the bacon on a baking sheet covered with an aluminum foil at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. They should be crispy once done.


    Take ⅓ of mozzarella cheese to cover the bottom of a non-stick pan. Heat it for 2 minutes on medium heat until you see the edges are turning brown. Flip it with a spatula and let it cook for the other side for a minute.


    Take a pair of tongs to remove mozzarella from the pan. By now, it will be a taco shell. You will have to repeat this with the remaining cheese.


    Next, let’s scramble the eggs in butter and add pepper and salt as required. Make sure to stir thoroughly.


    Finally, we are going to fill the shells with eggs, bacon, and avocado. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on the top. You can add hot sauce or cilantro if you want to make them a little spicy!
