Start by cooking the bacon on a baking sheet covered with an aluminum foil at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. They should be crispy once done. |

Take ⅓ of mozzarella cheese to cover the bottom of a non-stick pan. Heat it for 2 minutes on medium heat until you see the edges are turning brown. Flip it with a spatula and let it cook for the other side for a minute. |

Take a pair of tongs to remove mozzarella from the pan. By now, it will be a taco shell. You will have to repeat this with the remaining cheese. |
