    With all the delicious flavours of the mixed berries and cranberry juice. Along with the bananas this smoothie is the all-time favourite one. Above all, it will keep you healthy and hearty.

    Adding in the unsweetened almond/coconut/hemp or rice milk into the blender with the berries, banana and cranberry juice, mix it all up.

    Then add the flax meal or chia seeds, the ginger and the cinnamon to the blender. Optionally put the ice in for a more thick consistency. And once that is done serve it!
