1/2 kg Beef undercut
2 Onions (cut finely)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
4 Green Chillies
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Red Chilies (Crushed)
1 tsp Black pepper (crushed)
1/2 bunch Fresh coriander
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
4 tbsp Tikka masala
to taste Salt
1 cup + 1 tbsp Oil

MARINATION

Marinate undercut with tikka masala and salt; set aside for 15 minutes.

FRY ONIONS

Heat oil in a pot; fry onions; remove and spread on absorbent paper.

MIX INGREDIENTS

Mix yogurt, ginger/garlic paste, red chilies, black pepper, cumin and lemon juice in the same pot; fry.

COOKING UNDERCUT

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan; cook undercut until water dries; add to pot.

DUM

Add 1 cup hot water; put on dum.

GARNISH & SERVE

Remove in a dish; garnish with onions, fresh coriander and green chilies.
