50 g Softened Butter

2 large ones, sliced and mashed Bananas

2 Eggs

175 ml Natural Yogurt

225 g Self-raising Flour

50 g (optional) Chopped Nuts

Sometimes we don’t want to compromise the banana flavour however, friends and family members love it.

Let’s start by preheating the oven to 180°C/350°F. |

Lightly heat a 9x5 loaf pan with softened butter or vegetable oil spray. |

Bowl # 1:In a large bowl and add 2 cups of self-raising flour, a teaspoon of baking soda, and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. |

Bowl # 2:Take another bowl and add ½ cup of softened butter and mix it thoroughly with ¾ cup of brown sugar until you have a soft light mixture. |

Bowl # 3:Next, beat two eggs separately in a smaller bowl. |

Bowl # 4:Take around 4-5 overripe bananas and thoroughly mash them in our 4th bowl. |

Mix all of the ingredients together in Bowl # 1, including the yoghurt. Mix them all in thoroughly. |

Add some nuts if you like. If not that's also fine. |

Add the batter into a prepared loaf pan. |

Bake the batter in the preheated oven for about 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into centre of the loaf, comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. |
