1 Tbsp Flax seeds or chia seeds
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Spinach
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
To taste Stevia
optional Ice

    This smoothie serves 1 but is amazing! It is tasty and nutritional at the same time. This smoothie has; coconut milk or almond milk, bananas and spinach. Packing it with lots nutrition! It isn’t called Gingerbread cookie smoothie for no reason, it is sweet just like an actual gingerbread cookie. 🙂

    Take a blender, put the almond or coconut milk in it along with the bananas and the spinach. Blend away!

    Then add the flax meal or chia seeds, the cinnamon the almond butter and the stevia. Also, ice if you want your smoothie to be ice cold. Once blended serve it cold!
